For your home or business
We help households and businesses with new heating and plumbing installations and renovations. Describe how the building is used and any business requirements so we can plan the equipment and the work.
An installation designed around your home, how you use it and future maintenance.

Van Molder prepares and installs your heating and plumbing equipment at your home. Every project starts from the real needs of the building, the space available and the household’s habits.
Installing heating or plumbing equipment is more than connecting it: it has to be sized for the home, with drainage, ventilation, access for servicing and compatibility with the existing system all considered. We prepare these points with you before the visit so commissioning goes smoothly.
Whether you are building, renovating or replacing part of the circuit, we explain the options in plain language: type of appliance, location, connections and settings. Once the work is done we check it operates correctly and show you how to use it.

After commissioning, discuss ongoing care for your gas or oil installation and the options for a servicing agreement. Annual follow-up may be appropriate for the equipment; it does not replace regulatory inspections, whose intervals depend on the fuel and region. Contact us for an estimate and clarify any visit or diagnostic charges before booking.
Heating, hot water and sanitary fittings planned from the start, in step with the other trades.
Moving water supplies, new drains, a shower, toilet or washbasin to fit.
New equipment for a room, a floor or an extra use.
Adjusting heat emission after works or a change in how rooms are used.
Gas boilers: inspection intervals depend on your region and the appliance’s output.
Mandatory servicing by a recognised gas technician. Below 20 kW, servicing is recommended but not mandatory.
Mandatory periodic EPB inspection by a recognised EPB boiler technician. This includes servicing the appliance.
Mandatory periodic inspection by a recognised technician; every 2 years above 100 kW. Separate from servicing, it is also required after work on the combustion system.
Intervals for normal operation. Keep the certificates and follow the manufacturer’s servicing instructions. These rules apply to gas, not heating oil.
