Acceptance and scope
Accessing and using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply to use of the site and do not replace the terms of a job, which are agreed separately with the customer.
Purpose of the site
This site presents the plumbing and heating services of Plomberie Van Molder and provides general information (services, brands, error codes, advice, FAQ, service area). It does not allow a sales or service contract to be concluded online: every job is agreed separately, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the price is communicated during the conversation.
Informational content and safety
Articles, guides, FAQ answers and error codes are provided as general information. They are not a diagnosis, personalised advice or a guarantee of results, and they replace neither the manufacturer’s manual nor the work of a qualified professional. The meaning of an error code depends on the brand, the model and the version of the appliance.
For your safety: never open a gas appliance, never bypass a safety device, do not modify a gas or electrical installation without qualification, and call a professional if in doubt. The steps described on the site are limited to simple, safe checks.
Rules of use
You agree to use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose. In particular it is forbidden to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the security of the site;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to copy the content in bulk or to send requests;
- submit unlawful, misleading or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- impersonate another person.
Contact form and content you submit
The information and photos you send must be accurate, lawful and relevant to your request. You confirm you have the right to share the photos and that they contain no unlawful content or unnecessary third-party data. You allow us to use them only to process your request and prepare the visit. We may ignore any abusive, automated or incomplete request. Sending a message is not an order and does not guarantee a visit on a given date.
Intellectual property
The content of the site is protected (see the legal notice). You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the site and to print or copy short extracts for private use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; the site may be suspended for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the site, inability to access it, an error or omission in the information, or the content of third-party sites. The competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the possibility of turning to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be).
