A prepared visit

A fault understood before it is repaired, with a time slot agreed by phone.

A leak, no hot water, heating off or an unusual noise: tell us the symptoms, the brand and the model. The diagnosis targets the cause of the fault, not just its visible effect.

  • Heating breakdowns
  • Leaks and pressure loss
  • Uneven hot water
  • Taps and sanitary fittings

When the heating stops, hot water is slow to arrive or a leak appears, the priority is to understand the cause before replacing a part. We start from your observations (symptoms, the code shown, when it began) to guide the diagnosis and avoid unnecessary work.

The phone is reachable 24/7; the visit time is agreed during the call and immediate arrival is not guaranteed. In the meantime, a few simple, safe steps can limit the damage: we will tell you what they are over the phone.

Support for your installation

Locate the problem

For a leak, tell us whether water appears under a sink, around a pipe, at a tap or near a toilet cistern, and whether it runs continuously. For heating faults, say whether the radiators, hot water or both are affected. Send the full error code, including any additional digits, without taking the appliance apart.

Limit damage while waiting

Turn off the identified water supply only if you can reach it safely. Keep away from wet sockets and electrical appliances. During the call, say whether the leak is continuing and whether damage is already visible. Your address, phone number and access details help us prepare the visit.

Agree charges before work begins

Ask about travel, diagnosis, labour, parts and any out-of-hours charges. Discuss the estimate and give your agreement before work starts. The phone is reachable 24 hours a day, seven days a week; availability and the visit time are confirmed during the call.

Gas smell, CO alarm or smoke? Act immediately.

Leave the building. If you smell gas, do not use switches, sockets, phones or flames inside. Call from outside at a safe distance. Call 112 for a CO alarm, suspected CO poisoning, fire or immediate danger. Do not re-enter until the emergency services allow it. 112

Gas smell: call your network operator’s emergency line.

In an emergency, do not wait for a plumber to arrive.

When to call us

The most common situations

01

No heating

The boiler does not start, stops by itself or shows an error code.

02

No hot water or lukewarm water

Uneven production, a long wait or unstable temperature.

03

Leak or pressure drop

Water on the floor, a drip on a fitting, pressure that keeps falling.

04

Unusual noises or smells

Banging, whistling, gurgling or an unusual smell near the appliance.

How it works

A simple three-step process

01

Describe

Note the symptom, the code if any and when it appears.

02

Make safe

  • Your address and a call-back number
Frequently asked questions

Your questions about this service

What should I do while waiting for the engineer?

Turn off the water supply if there is a leak and note the code shown. Do not open the appliance and do not keep resetting it.

Can I look up what an error code means?

Yes, see our error-code guide by brand. It helps you read the display but does not replace an on-site diagnosis.

Do you repair all brands?

We work on many boiler brands, depending on the model and parts availability. Tell us the reference.

What if I smell gas?

Do not touch any switch, ventilate, leave the building and call 112 from outside before contacting us.
